GUIDELINES FOR ORDERING
Keystone Farms Natural makes every effort to maintain the quality and integrity of our handcrafted cheese products. It is our intention to provide you with the finest Hand-Crafted Wisconsin cheeses available for your tasting pleasure. Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If there is any problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Credit will not be granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or consumed.
ORDERS
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week via our web site.
To insure your personal security, Keystone Farms Natural accepts payments via PayPal only. Cash, checks or money orders are not accepted. All prices are subject to change without notice. Catalog prices do not reflect the cost of delivery. We do not ship C.O.D.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Due to the perishable nature of our product and to insure the freshness of our handcrafted Wisconsin cheeses, standard shipping will be by USPS Priority mail (Generally 2nd day delivery) You may opt to ship USPS Express Mail (next day delivery) for and additional charge.
It takes 24 hours to receive and process your order. Orders placed before midnight will be automatically shipped the following business day, Monday ÐThursday. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we ship all orders 2nd day Priority Mail. If you opt to use next day delivery for an additional charge, your order will ship overnight via USPS Express Mail Delivery. Orders shipped via USPS Express Mail Delivery will ship on same day as listed in chart, but will be received on the next day. (Some restrictions may apply to certain zip codes)

Please note that all cheese orders placed on Thursday will ship Monday .We cannot ship on Saturday or Sunday.
During December and other peak periods, we may require several days to process and deliver your order and will inform you of any unusual delays.
We ship all packages with Signature Release. We will not ship to PO Boxes.
Keystone Farms Natural will not assume responsibility for any incorrect addresses provided to us; delivery, return and re-delivery charges will apply. We strongly recommend that when ordering perishable items, you confirm that the recipient or other responsible party will be available to receive, open and properly store your order. We are unable to replace cheeses that perish due to recipientÕs being unavailable at the time of delivery. Furthermore, please note that our boxes are clearly marked ÒperishableÓ on the outside and we are not responsible for the items received but not opened.
PACKAGING
Your cheeses are packaged in insulated cartons, fitted with gel ice packs and cushioned with packing media to ensure quality standards for up to 48 hours. Items ordered together may not necessarily shipped together.
QUALITY
Please note that to ensure quality, we cut your cheese to order and will always try to cut the specific amount requested, but it is possible that we might cut slightly more or less. Please understand that this is one of the challenges of offering a handcrafted product and that we will do our best to make sure you are satisfied.
PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS
Due to seasonal availability and supply limitations, it is possible that we may need to substitute items within one of our gift box selections to ensure freshness and timely delivery. Some hand-crafted cheeses are not always in plentiful stock depending upon the season. We will always supply you with alternative ingredients of equal or greater quality and value- ThatÕs Our Guarantee.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
All information (such as name, address, etc.) is collected for our use only and will never be sold or given to other parties. It is our intention to protect you and your information.+
To insure your personal security, Keystone Farms Natural accepts payments via PayPal secure server only. Because we use PayPal for processing payments, we will never ask you for credit card information and will never request your credit card information over the phone, via email or in any manner whatsoever.
