We are a family-owned farm located in the beautiful, rolling hills of "America's Little Switzerland", New Glarus, Wisconsin. Our lush, rolling pastures, fortified by limestone-filtered water make this area the perfect place for cows to graze which results in extremely high quality, great tasting milk. All of our artisanal cheeses are made with old-world craftsmanship using only 100% pure Wisconsin cow's milk.
